i had a great stay with comfortable rooms and a pleasant cafe downstairs, and it was just a short walk of about 15 minutes to see the fine patuxai monument as well as almost an equal distance to the beautiful lao national cultural hall, which really added to my experience of the city.

Perfect overall experience. A good choice of delicious options for meal. Exceptionally clean and brand-new room overall, with a bathtub. Nice pool, parking on site. Everything perfect.

The property was nicely presented with responsive staff who provide the best service, I really enjoyed the stay. Stayed in an a nice size room with good size shower.

Can just recommend for a stopover

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast variety, and I appreciated the access to a fitness center for my morning workout before exploring the city, with easy transportation options to the airport.

Everything was first-rate.

The staff was friendly, and breakfast offered a good variety that catered to all tastes. The atmosphere felt cute, complemented by a beautifully designed lobby and efficient service.

The location is somewhat isolated. I faced a hiccup with my bedding which required prompt attention from housekeeping.

The breakfast buffet was a standout, with fresh eggs and homemade jams 🍳! The room was comfortable, but I did notice the bed was a bit squeaky which was kind of annoying at times.

Just spent a few days at S 2 Modern Boutique. Super clean room with comfy beds, and breakfast was awesome with lots of options! The staff were really helpful and even catered to our dietary needs. Slightly noisy in the mornings from staff outside, but overall a nice stay.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of homemade jams.

Unfortunately, the location felt rather isolated, requiring a 20-minute walk to reach the main tourist areas. I found the communication skills of the staff lacking, difficult to get recommendations or assistance. Lastly, there was significant noise from the staff in the mornings, affecting the peacefulness of my stay.

The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed lounging there daily. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, offering both Western and Asian dishes that satisfied everyone's cravings.

My kids wished for an on-site playground for extra entertainment.

Excellent Staff and Delicious Breakfast!

The staff were accommodating, quickly addressing a small issue with my room upon check-in. They were also very helpful in arranging transportation to explore the local sights, which I greatly appreciated. One minor downside was the 20-minute walk to the city center, but I didn't mind the stroll.
